My goal is helping individuals become their best selves while empowering them through every little victory and encouraging them to see obstacles as opportunities. I lead with empathy and have cultivated my ability to find my athlete’s “language” because everyone’s an individual with different learning styles, fitness acumen, and needs. My job is to give you, the athlete, the tools to understand how your movement and mindset fits into a fitness industry which often gives generic instructions on technique and intention.
I strive to connect with athletes wherever they are in their fitness journey, finding creative and sustainable ways for them to learn, grow and reach their goals.

During this time, our lives have had to pivot in directions we never thought possible. As we’re trying to restore a sense of continuity and rhythm, it’s become clear that some areas are not as easily adjustable as others. Priorities have shifted and your fitness is not any different. Considerations have to include space, equipment, intensity, mindset, stress management, etc. I have added the Focused Check-In program as a way to help my past and present athletes navigate through this time and create a rhythm that works for where you’re at now, while still progressing toward your individual goals. Some of the issues we’ll discuss:
Recreating Rhythm is paramount in shifting focus back to what you can control.
A fitness program is just one of the offerings at a gym. It is readily available online if you chose as well. What they usually lack is educating you WHY the are using that program and how to customize it to YOU. You can still be part of a community but let’s take ownership of what works for your goals.
Having goals that are specific and challenging will always provide steps you can take to keep moving forward, no matter your situation.
